Seasonal Crimes

People who snow-blow the snow from their driveway and sidewalks INTO the road where the rest of us drive need to be stopped. If I get into an accident due to the hazardous condition you've created in front of your house (because you won't simply won't blow the snow into your yard) and I die, you should be tried for snowslaughter, or manslaughter.
